Quick How To:

When you launch the app, an introductory video will play. To exit this video, simply click the "x" located at the top left corner of your screen. Once inside the app, you have two main viewing options: "Body Map" view or "All Videos" view.

Body Map View:

In this view, you can toggle the body image between three different angles by using the buttons below the image: Front, Side, and Back. Tap on different areas of the body to select them for stretching. When you tap on a specific area, it will be highlighted with a box and its name will appear at the top of your screen. To watch the corresponding video, click on the play button (▶) located at the top right corner of your screen. After watching the video, you can watch it again or click the "x" at the top left corner of your screen to return to the Body Map View.

All Videos:

In this view, you can access all available FasciaYoga videos for various areas of the body, including an introduction video. You can choose to watch each video individually or select the "All Videos" tab to play all videos consecutively. Once you have finished watching a video or videos, click on the "x" at the top left corner of your screen to return to the grid of available videos.
